Our love for wine and everything that accompanies it - exquisite flavors and wonderful moments with good company - inspired us to create the wine bar within our accommodation. Our collection features carefully selected, high-quality wines from small, independent producers across Greece and our islands, offering our guests unique moments of enjoyment during their vacations. In our cellar, you'll also find white and red wines made from organic farming.
To complete the experience, you can pair your wine with fresh stuffed pasta or Pinsa, made with traditional local ingredients and exquisite cheeses, providing a gastronomic delight that combines freshness and quality.

Homemade jam, honey, delicious cakes, local cheeses, hot bread from the oven, eggs cooked in any desirable way, fresh fruit and vegetables, cold or hot beverages and many more are included in our healthy à l carte breakfast to match any dietary habits.
Breakfast is served from 8:30 to 13:00 in the morning and visitors who do not accommodate in Speires are wholeheartedly welcome to come and enjoy our menu from 10:00 to 13:00.
